I am Ayyappa Siginam, a social entrepreneur, life coach, and mentor. Despite childhood challenges, I secured a free engineering seat after ranking 8000th in EAMCET, becoming financially independent by my first year and fueling my passion for societal change. In 2018, I started service activities that later formalized into the "We Are With You Charitable Trust," entirely run by students. With 2000+ volunteers across Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana, our trust has impacted over 2 lakh individuals and supported 75+ students in realizing their dreams.

I was recognized as the Best Young Changemaker by Plan India in 2023. I am committed to driving positive change by showing that background isn't a barrier to success.
